Shipping and Returns

Yes! When prompted for the billing address, fill out the address associated with the credit card used to make your purchase, then fill out shipping information to the address you wish to send your order to.

Orders received by 12:00 PM EST will ship the same business day; orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will ship on the next business day.

Yes, we currently ship to PO Boxes using the free standard shipping or our 2-5 day delivery services. Military APO/FPO addresses are shipped only using the free standard shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This information will update you with the status of your shipment, you can even sign up for email/text alerts by clicking the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at with your phone number and a photo of the damaged items. We will send your replacement items as quickly as possible.

To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

We will be happy to accept returns of UNUSED/UNOPENED items purchased on for credit in the form of original payment, less shipping charges, within 15 days of purchase date. Once a product is opened or used it is no longer eligible for return. If you’re unsure about a scent before purchasing, please inquire about samples. Products purchased at another retailer, must be returned to that retailer and are subject to that retailer’s return policies.


We want you to receive your refund ASAP! You can expect your refund to be processed approximately 3-5 business days of us receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Herba Botanicals. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
